The process is simple.

Create Job

System is intended to be used with data – i.e. subject name, group and parent email, in a spreadsheet. Preregistration options can also be set up. Once the data is uploaded, the job is created. QRs codes are created for each subject and group, and available immediately in our QR app. Albums are all organized and ready to go for tethering as well.

Picture Day

Whether you are using QR codes or tethering, it’s easy to find the subject and snap away. Both the QR system and our tethering software, allow easy editing data and even adding subjects on site.

Edit

Cull. Edit. Extract. Crop. Whatever is involved in your favorite editing workflow, you can still use.Your goal is to have all the finished photos that you intend to sell and are in single folder with the QR codes.

Upload

Import your finished photos into our software (re-import if you tethered). It’s fun watching it distribute all the files into the correct albums. Once you confirm everything is correct, you click Upload and all the files go into the job on the server.

Release Job

Last thing to do is upload a logo and color swatch, for the templates, and you’re Done. When you’re ready, you simply change the status to In Webshop. Communication will start when scheduled. Then you just sit back and watch the orders roll in!

That’s it! You’re DONE.
